We know wedding planning can be a little hectic at times, and especially when you’re deciding on a venue, it can be tough to keep all of your questions in order. Here’s our quick list of must-ask questions you should bring to every space you visit:
ARE THERE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CEREMONY SPACES?
At The Sixpence, we offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, so that your dream day can flow just as you imagine it.
WHAT IS YOUR MAX CAPACITY?
At The Sixpence, we can comfortably host up to 300 guests inside or outside.
WILL WE NEED TO HAVE SECURITY AT OUR WEDDING?
The Sixpence offers on site security for events at no additional cost.
IS THERE A SPACE FOR THE BRIDAL PARTIES TO GET READY ON SITE?
We have designated suites for bridal parties to get ready in within our facility.
DO WE NEED TO HANDLE SET UP/ TEAR DOWN OURSELVES?
At The Sixpence, we handle all setting up and tearing down of tables + chairs for you!
WHAT TIME CAN WE ACCESS THE VENUE?
Full day rentals at The Sixpence are 14 hours and run from 9am-11pm.
DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS?
The Homestead at The Sixpence is an on-site renovated farmhouse which can accommodate 10 guests to stay on site the night before your event.
CAN I HAVE MY REHEARSAL IN THE EVENT SPACE?
The Sixpence encourages you to rehearse your ceremony! You can rehearse day of, or day prior depending on availability.
IS YOUR SPACE SUITABLE FOR INTIMATE CEREMONIES?
While our space holds up to 300 guests, events with even 10-25 guests feel special and unique at The Sixpence.
DOES THE VENUE HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT?
The Sixpence is fully insulated and climate-controlled for every event.
