The Homestead and The Workshop are each unique, functional, and charming spaces created to help you relax and enjoy your time with us.

This charming renovated 1851 saltbox farmhouse is available for overnight rentals. We like to imagine waking up on your wedding day and not having to worry about traffic or coordinating logistics to get you, your wedding party, and all of your items to your ceremony site. Instead, you can check into The Homestead the night prior and already be on site. With sleeping spaces for 10 guests and a roomy living and dining area, The Homestead rental adds convenience and comfort to your stay with us.

the workshop 

The Workshop is our most popular add-on feature at The Sixpence. This renovated garage hangout space has a bar and kitchen, 90 " TV, pool table, darts, a full bathroom, and getting ready space. You can use this space for groomsmen or family to mingle, snack, and prep for the big day. The Workshop add-on rental is 9 am - 11 pm on wedding day. This space can also be reserved for rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more.
