• Their story! Chef de Cuisine, Jacqueline Bols began her culinary education at Southampton University in England. From there, she began her career as a private yacht chef in the French and Italian Riviera, honing her craft as she traveled through Cannes, Saint Tropez, Monaco, Portofino and the Amalfi Coast. Jacquie has executed remarkable events for discerning guests such as Oprah Winfrey, Sean Connery, Elizabeth Hurley, Kevin Costner, Tommy Hilfiger and additional Forbes 500 clientele. In 2001, Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering was launched, serving modern French fare and using the most fresh and imaginative ingredients while still maintaining a classic sensibility.

Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering is known for their Boneless Beef Short ribs, with Port, Red Wine and Herbs de Provence as well as their Chicken Breast Stuffed with Brie and Wrapped with Prosciutto. You absolutely cannot go wrong with their outstanding Garlic Mashed Potatoes, made with Whole Yukon Potatoes, and hand-cut Assorted Roasted Vegetables with Olive Oil, Lemon and Fresh Marjoram. This is a PERFECT menu for plated and buffet meals, alike!
