Year after year, it has served as both a backdrop and a centerpiece for some of our most creative, joy-filled moments. Our Annual Garden Party
Each year, The Sixpence Gardens transforms into something entirely new… a living, breathing reflection of creativity, community, and the beauty of the season. We gather our favorite girls and celebrate the seasons changing and summer’s end.
2022: Belles & Blooms
Our very first garden party set the tone for what was to come. Belles & Blooms was soft, romantic, and rooted in classic garden charm. Think flowing dresses, delicate florals, and an atmosphere that felt like stepping into a storybook. It was the beginning of a tradition we didn’t yet realize would become so meaningful.

2023: Groovy Gardens
The following year brought a bold shift. Groovy Gardens was vibrant, playful, and full of personality. Bright colors, retro-inspired details, and carefree energy filled the space, showing just how versatile the gardens could be. It was a celebration of individuality and fun, and one we won’t soon forget.

2024: Dandelion Wine
In 2024, the gardens took on a nostalgic, sun-soaked glow. Dandelion Wine was inspired by golden evenings, warm breezes, and the fleeting beauty of summer. It felt sentimental and grounded, a little wistful, a little whimsical, capturing that feeling of wanting to bottle up a perfect moment and keep it forever.

2025: Limberlost Gardens
This past year, Limberlost Gardens leaned into a more natural, untamed beauty. Inspired by wild landscapes and literary roots, the gardens felt immersive and organic… like they had always been there, waiting to be discovered. It was effortlessly enchanting, with a sense of quiet wonder woven throughout.

Engagement Sessions in the Gardens
Beyond the celebrations, The Sixpence Gardens has become a favorite for engagement sessions and it’s easy to see why.
There’s a softness here that can’t be replicated. The way the light filters through the blooms, the movement of grasses in the breeze, the ever-changing textures… it all creates a setting that feels intimate without being staged.
No two sessions look the same. Early summer brings fresh, delicate blooms and a light, airy feel. As the season deepens, the gardens grow fuller, wilder, and more romantic. Couples are able to step into a space that feels alive, natural, and uniquely theirs.
Wedding Day Portraits Among the Blooms

On a wedding day, the gardens take on an entirely new role… they become a quiet escape. A place to step away, take a breath, and soak it all in.
Wedding portraits in The Sixpence Gardens feel both elevated and organic… polished without losing that sense of authenticity. The florals frame each moment without overpowering it, allowing couples to remain at the center of the story.
Whether it’s a just-married stroll through the blooms, golden hour portraits bathed in soft light, or candid moments tucked between petals and pathways, the gardens offer a setting that enhances every emotion of the day.

Looking Ahead: 2026 in Bloom
As we look forward to the coming season, The Sixpence Gardens continues to grow… quite literally.
This year’s blooms are expected to arrive mid to late summer, bringing with them an abundance of wildflower varieties. Think layered textures, natural movement, and a color palette that feels both effortless and alive. The gardens will lean into that signature “just-picked” beauty: slightly untamed, deeply romantic, and full of depth.
With each season, the gardens become more established, more dynamic, and more inspiring. And while every year brings something new, the heart of The Sixpence Gardens remains the same: a place to gather, to celebrate, and to create something beautiful together.
We can’t wait to see what this season holds!
